IMMANUEL CHURCH
BUILDING PROPOSAL
Since 1895, Immanuel Church has sought to help people know Jesus and grow to be like Him. Their current building in Gurnee, IL served the community well until they had reached full capacity for worship services. Immanuel desired to have a true auditorium, a multi-use space, and a clean, open environment to help people build connections and better serve their neighbors. I was able to use my 3D design skills as a member of staff to design a new building addition that would meet their needs.
The Immanuel building team provided me with an estimated budget and square footage allowance. From there, I was able to meet with staff members to assess their ministry needs. Some of these needs included a coffee bar, welcome room, first time guest station, 900 + seat auditorium and kids check in hallway.
